dc.description.abstractTürkiye’nin çevresindeki nükleer santrallerin radyolojik etkilerinin izlenmesi amacı ile 2013 yılından başlayarak TAEK yıllık çalışma programlarına “Türkiye’nin çevresindeki nükleer santrallerin radyolojik etkilerinin izlenmesi isimli bir faaliyet eklenmiştir. Bu faaliyet kapsamında temel çalışma olarak “İğdır Bölgesi Çevresel Radyolojik İzleme Programı” 2015 yılında tamamlanmış ve program dahilinde radyolojik izleme çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda hava, yüzey suyu, toprak, içme suyu ve bölgede yetiştirilen ürünlerden gıda numuneleri alınarak laboratuvar ölçümleri yapılmış, çevresel dozimetreler kullanılarak çevre dozu ölçülmüş ve bölgede bulunan ve 24 saat kesintisiz çalışan RESA istasyonlarından alınan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Numune alımı ve numunelerin analizinde ÇNAEM ve SANAEM’in analizlere özgü standart yöntemleri ve kalite kontrol sistemleri kullanılmıştır. İğdır bölgesi çevresel radyolojik izleme programı çerçevesinde alınan örneklerde en yüksek; • I-131 aktivitesi süt numunelerinde 50,0 Bq/kg’ın altında • Cs-134 aktivitesi şeker pancarı numunesinde 0,7 Bq/kg, • Cs-137 aktivitesi, toprak numunesinde 25,3 Bq/kg, • Sr-90 aktivitesi toprak numunesinde 13,0 Bq/kg, olarak tespit edilmiştir. İçme sularında tespit edilen radyoaktivite seviyeleri “İnsani Tüketim Amaçlı Sular Hakkındaki Yönetmelikte Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik” gereğince izleme gerektiren değerlerin altındadır. İçme sularındaki H-3 aktivitesi 0,82 Bq/m3 olarak ve içme suları nedeni ile sindirim yoluyla alınan toplam doz; ölçülebilen Sr-90 ve Cs-137 değerleri için toplam 87,89 nSv/yıl olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu değerler Yönetmelikte gösterge dozu olarak belirtilen 0,1 mSv/yıl ile karşılaştırıldığında gösterge dozunu hesaplanmasına esas teşkil eden radyoaktivite açısından veya limiti 100 Bq/I olarak verilen H-3 açısından izlemenin gerekli görülmediği durum ile örtüşmektedir. Sonuç olarak, izleme programı çerçevesinde yapılan analiz ve ölçüm sonuçlarına göre herhangi bir olağandışı bulgu tespit edilmemiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstract"The monitoring of the radiological effects of nuclear power plants around Turkey” was added to TAEK's annual work program as an ongoing activity for the purpose of monitoring the radiological effects of nuclear power plants around Turkey in 2013. As part of this activity, The İğdır Region Environmental Radiological Monitoring Program was completed in 2015 and radiological monitoring studies were carried out within this program. Air, surface water, soil, drinking water and local food samples were collected and laboratory measurements were performed for the determination of environmental radioactivity levels. Periodic dosimetric evaluations were done using environmental dosimeters and the continuously operated RESA units stationed in the region. Standard methods and quality control systems, of ÇNAEM and SANAEM, particular to analysis, were used for sampling and analysis. In the scope of İğdır Region Environmental Monitoring Programme maximum activity detected in • milk samples as below 50,0 Bq/ kg for I-131 • beet samples as below 0,7 Bq/kg for Cs-134 • soil samples as 25,3 Bq/kg for Cs-137 • soil samples as 13,0 Bq/kg for Sr-90 Detected radioactivity levels in drinking water samples are below the monitoring levels in accordance with "Regulation on Drinking Waters". Maximum H-3 activity was detected as 0,82 Bq/m3 and total indicative dose, for the measured Sr-90 and Cs-137 values, was calculated as 87,89 nSv/year considering the ingestion of drinking waters. These values are rather below the limit value of 100 Bq/l for H-3 and 0.1 mSv/year for total indicative dose, meaning the activity of H-3 and other dose contributing nuclides in the drinking waters are not needed to be monitored. In conclusion, no abnormalities were detected in the evaluations made.tr_TR
