The Fourth Eurasian Conference on Nuclear Science and Its Application : Presentations, (s. 537-538). 31 October-3 November 2006. Baku, Azerbaijan.http://kurumsalarsiv.tenmak.gov.tr/handle/20.500.12878/1127Dextran coated 99mTc labeled magnetite nanoparticles were prepared in this study. Magnetite was synthesized by a coprecipitation reaction that occurs upon mixing 0.37 g FeCl3, 1.51 g FeCl24H20 with dextran T-40 (50w%, 10 ml, MW 40000). NH4OH solution (7.5% w/v) was added up to pH 10. A black magnetite precipitate was formed. Prepared magnetite nanoparticles were labeled using with 74 MBq 99mTcO4 after adding 100 µi (1 mg/ml) freshly prepared SnCl2 solution. Precipitated magnetic carrier particles were centrifuged and washed with pure water until the rinses became neutral. Labeling yield was over 96% and radiochemical purity was approximately 98%. The average size of particles was 150.2±6.1 nm.enginfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess99mTcTc-99m / Technetium-99mTeknesyum-99mPreparing magnetite nanoparticlesManyetit nanopartikülleri hazırlamaDrug carriersİlaç taşıyıcılarPreparing 99mTc labeled magnetite nanoparticles as drug carriersconferenceObject537538
