Results are given of experimental studies of magnetic-inertial confinement of charged particle bunch in oscillation-rotational regime. Studies are made on facilities specially designed for magnetic V dipole. Energy transformation in the dipole is discussed. Theoretical predictions of the behavior of the processes studied are presented.
