dc.description.abstractX-Işını Floresans puls yükseklik analizi çalışmalarında karakteristik Kα pikleri daima çift olup Kα1, ve Kα2 piklerinden meydana gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada kısmen ayrılmış iki Kα piki elde edilmesi halinde 8K hafızalı bir minikomputer ile ve ORCAL veya FOCAL lisanları kullanılarak alanların ayrı ayrı bulunabilmesi için tamamen otomatik bir hesap yöntemi geliştirilmiştir.tr_TR

A method presented in this paper permits the calculation of the areas of two partially resolved Kα peaks with a fully automatic program in ORCAL or FOCAL language suitable for use with a minicomputer of 8K memory size.tr_TR
