dc.description.abstractToprak numunelerinde Nadir Toprak Elementlerinin konsantrasyonları enerji dispersiv analiz ve Radyoizotop X-Işını Floresans Metodu ile bu laboratuvarda geliştirilen bir hesap yöntemi kullanılarak tespit edilmiştir. Ölçü ve hesap neticeleri 1 % civarındaki konsantrasyonlar için hatanın 95 % emniyet sınırı ile ± % 5 olduğunu göstermektedir. 0.2 % civarındaki konsantrasyonlar için hata sınırı ± 15 % olup, tayin edilebilecek en küçük konsantrasyon değeri milyonda 100 olarak hesaplanmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractConcentrations of Rare Earth Elements in ores has been determined using energy dispersive analysis by radioisotope X-ray fluorescence technique with a calculation process developped in this laboratory suitable to minicomputers. Results of experiments indicate that Rare Earth concentrations of about 1 % can be calculated within ± 5 % error with 95% confidence level. For the concentrations 0.2%, limits of error are found to be about ± 15 % and the lowest detectable limit of concentrations is estimated as 100 ppm.tr_TR
