Abstract
Bu çalışmada, az yoğun bir plazmanın (ne = 8.9 x 10(7) cm-3, Te =2.8 x 10(4), °K) elektron-hız dağılımı rezonans sondası metodu ile ölçüldü. Sondaya, doğru ve alternatif gerilimler beraberce uygulandığında, sondanın doğru akım eğrileri çizdirildi. Uygulanan her bir gerilim için elektron akımının ikinci türevleri deneysel olarak elde edildi, bu sonuçtan ve Druyvesteyn Formülünden elektron-hız dağılımı ölçüldü.
In this study, electron-velocity distribution in low density plasma (ne = 8.9 x 10(7) cm-3, Te = 2.8 x 10(4) °K) has been measured by resonance probe method. The curves of the probe rectified current have been plotted when both direct and alternating potential were applied to the probe. The second derivation of electron current for each applied potential has been found experimentally. Using this result and Druyvesteyn Formula, electron-velocity distribution has been measured.
