Abstract
Kaya balıklarının (Proterorhinus marmoratus PALL.) organ vu dokularında 65Zn'in % dağılımı ve relatif konsantrasyonu incelendiğinde, bazı farklar 65Zn'i değişik şekillerde biriktiren ve kaybeden seriler arasında görülmüştür. Bu farklar ayrıca 65Zn birikimindeki iki ve 65Zn kaybındaki üç grubun aralarında da bulunmuştur. Bu değişik sonuçların nedeni, birikim deneyinde balıkların 65Zn’i farklı yollarla vücutlarına almaları ve kayıp deneyinde balıkların 65Zn'i vücutlarından atarken farklı büyüme hızına sahip olmalarında düşünülmektedir.
Studies of the distribution (%) and relative concentration of 65Zn at organ or tissue in goby, Proterorhinus marmoratus PALL., have shown some dissimilarities between the uptake and loss series. The distribution and relative concentration levels also showed some differences between the two groups of the uptake series and among the three groups of the loss series. Those differences may have been due to the variation in the accumulation pathways of the uptake series and also to the Variation of the growth rates in the loss series.
