Abstract
Kısa süreli ısı değişikliğinin hücre morfolojisi ve mitokondriumlardaki enzim reaksiyonlarına etkisinin olup olmadığı araştırılmak üzere deneyler hazırlan- mıştır. Neticeler ısı değişikliğinin morfolojik ve metabolik variasyonlara sebep olduğunu göstermektedir.
These experiments were designed in order to investigate whether the exposure of cells to temperature changes for a limited time alter the cell morphology and cell metabolism. Two mitochondrial enzymes were selected for studying the metabolic process. The results suggest that temperature changes cause morphological and metabolic variations.
