Abstract
Üç farklı termolüminesans metotla % 01 Mn ilave edilmiş Li2B4O7 kristallerinde tuzak derinlikleri hesap edilmiş ve farklı ısıtma hızı metoduyla E1 = 1.17 eV, ışınlamadan sonra tavlama metoduyla E2 = 0.93 eV ve ışıma eğrisi metoduyla E3 = 0.96 eV bulumuştur. Tuzak derinliklerine tekabül eden frekans faktörleri ise sırasıyla S1 = 2.18 x 10(13) sn-1, s2 = 2.03 x 10(8) sn-1, s3 = 0.00x 108 sn(-1) dir.
The energy of traps has been determined in Lİ2B4O7 (% 01 Mn) crystals using three different methods of thermoluminescence, and found to be E1 = 1.17 eV by different heating rate method, E2 = 0.93 eV by Post-irradiation annealing method and E3 = 0.96 eV by glow curve method. The corresponding frequency factors were S1 = 2.18 x 10(13) sec-1, s2 = 2.03x10(8) sec-1 and s3 = 9.00x10(8) sec-1.
