Amino asitlerin sulu çözeltiden aktif karbon üzerine adsorpsiyonlarına ait izotermleri, asitlerin çözünürlük, molar hacmi ve polarizebiliteleri ile aktif carbona ait karakteristik eğriden hesaplamak için yeni metot sunuldu. Polanyi adsorpsiyon potansiyel teorisi üzerine kurulan bu metot Glikokol (glisin) DL - Alanın. DL - Valin, Fenifalanin, D L- Triptofan, ve Metionin neticeleri ile izah edildi. İlk bakışta deneysel değerlerin teoriden hesaplanan değerlerle uyarlıkta olmadığı intibaı uyanıyor, fakat asitlerin hidrasyonu için düzeltmee yapıldıktan ve absis eksenine tek bir düzeltme faktörü uygulandıktan sonra deneysel izoterimlerin teoriden hesaplanan izotermlerle uyarlıkta olduğu görülüyor. Düzeltilmiş neticelerin tahmin edilen neticelerle uyarlıkta olması, ayarlanmış polanyi adsorpsiyon potansiyel teorisinin amino asitlerin sulu çözeltiden adsorpsiyonlarına uygulanabileceğini doğrulamaktadır.tr_TR
A method is presented for the estimating the adsorption isotherm of amino acids from water solution onto activated carbon, from its solubility molar volume and polarizability together with a «characteristic curve» for the carbon. The method which is based on the Polanyi potential theory is illustrated by estimated gas phase and experimental liquid-phase data on glycine, DL - Alanine, DL - Valine, phenilalanine, DL - Tryptopnone, and Methionine. At first glance, data does net agree with the predicted isotherms, calculated by the Polanyi adsorption potential theory. However, isoiherms of all amino acids agree with theoretical isotherms after correction for hydration of acids and applying a single abscissa scale factor. A good agreement of corrected results with prediction confirms to applicability of the modified polonyi adsorption potential theory to the adsorption of amino acids from water solution onto activated carbon.tr_TR
