dc.description.abstractTez çalışmasında, nükleer santrallerde bulunan enstrümantasyon ve kontrol sistemlerinin modernizasyon faaliyetleri aşama aşama anlatılmıştır. Nükleer santrallerde kullanılan enstrümantasyon ve kontrol sistemleri ile ilgili Türkçe kaynak bulunmadığı için temel seviyede kontrol sistemi bileşenleri anlatılmıştır. Nükleer santrallerde kullanılan enstrümantasyon ve kontrol sistemlerinin genel tanıtımından sonra, modernizasyon faaliyetlerine ihtiyaç duyulma sebepleri incelenmiştir. Enstrümantasyon ve kontrol sistemlerinin modernizasyonu kapsamlı bir faaliyet olduğu için etkili bir modernizasyon yönetimine yer verilmiştir. Enstrümantasyon ve kontrol sistemlerinin modernizasyonu çerçevesinde Çek Cumhuriyeti (Çekya), Ukrayna, Macaristan, Finlandiya, İsveç, İsviçre, Japonya, Fransa, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ülkelerinde bulunan nükleer santrallerde yapılan çalışmalar anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca Uluslararası Atom Enerjisi Ajansının ve Uluslararası Elektroteknik Komisyonunun enstrümantasyon ve kontrol sistemleri ile ilgili belgeleri, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, Finlandiya gibi örnek ülkelerin düzenleyici ve teknik belgeleri nükleer güvenlik kavramları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeler sonucunda enstrümantasyon ve kontrol sistemlerinin tasarlanmasından sahada kurulumuna kadar olan faaliyetlerde düzenleyici kurumun üzerinde durduğu konular ülke örnekleri verilerek derlenmiştir. Tüm bu bilgiler ışığında enstrümantasyon ve kontrol sistemlerinin modernizasyon çalışmaları kapsamında hazırlanan bu çalışmanın ileride geliştirilecek kurum mevzuatına yol göstermesi beklenmektedir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn the thesis study, modernization activities of instrumentation and control systems in nuclear power plants are explained step by step. Components related to instrumentation and control systems used in nuclear power plants are described at basic level. After the introduction of the instrumentation and control systems use in nuclear power plants, needs for activities related to the modernization of these systems have been examined. Because modernization of instrumentation and control systems is a comprehensive action, effective modernization management is mentioned. Modernization workings which were perfomed in nuclear power plants of Czech Republic (Czechia), Ukraine, Hungary, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, United States are examined. Furthermore Documents of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the International Electrotechnical Commission related to instrumentation and control systems, and regulatory and technical documents of exemplary countries such as the United States and Finland have been examined within the framework of nuclear safety concepts. As a result of these examinations, issues which regulatory authorities urge upon the activities from the design of instrumentation and control systems to the installation on site were compiled by giving examples of countries. In the light of all of these information, this thesis which is compiled within scope of modernization studies of instrumentation and control systems is expected to lead to institutional legislation.tr_TR
