Abstract
In the performed work the methods of Mössbauer spectroscopy and X-ray analysis there were investigated thermally induced processes in lamellar systems a-Fe:O+-Be(0.7 mkm)-57Fe(0.1 mkm) and α-Fe- Be(0.7 mkm)-57Fe(0.1 mkm), obtained by methods of magnetron and thermal-vacuum sputtering of Be and Fe atoms enriched by nuclei 57Fe. The sequence of phase transformations at consistent isothermal annealing has been established. It has been shown that implanted oxygen layer in the matrix a-Fe reduces interdiffusion of beryllium and iron atoms.
