| dc.description.abstract | Bir kaç yıl önce iki boyutlu, birkaç gruplu difüzyon denklem lerinin çözümünü hızlandırmak için bir satır blok overrelaksasyon metodu IBD koduna başarıyla tatbik edilmişdi. Aynı algoritmayı kullanarak bu sefer iç iterasyon için iki satır overrelakzasyonu uygulanmıştır. VAX/11-750 makinesinde test edilen yeni kod, IBD-2L bir satır kodundan daha hızlıdır. Problemin karmaşıklığına göre CPU zamanındaki kazanç % 12 ilâ 40 arasındadır. Ayni yakınsama kriteri için kafes yapısı büyüdükçe zaman kazancı da artıyor görünmektedir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | One line block overrelaxation method has been successfully applied to IBD code to accelerate the solution of inner iteration problem of two dimensional, few group diffusion equations recently. By using same algorithm given for one line technique, a two line block overrelaxation scheme was used for the inner iteration. The new code, IBD-2L, tested on VAX/11-750 machine proved to be faster than IBJ5-1L. The gain in CPU time is about 12 to 40 %, depending the complexity of problem. It seems that the larger the size of mesh structure the larger the gain in computation time for the same convergence criterion. | tr_TR |
