dc.description.abstractThe amount of Cytocinin hormones which is very important for plant growth and development, was investigated under different nutrition status. The investigation of the amount of Cytokinins synthetized in the roots of the plants as well as the amounts in the other organs, would be very helpfull in providing a balanced nutrition attached to hormone levels. Lycopersicon esculentum (Mill.) which were grown in soils enriched with macro nutrients and in soils lacking these nutrients, were harvested in the early flowering time and Cytokinin extractions of the roots, stems, leaves and flowers from the plant were made separately. According to the bioassay results, 5 species of Cytokinin hormones which are in similar activities with N6 -(∆2-Isopentenyl) adenosine (IPA), Kinetin (K), Kinetine riboside (KR), 6-Benzyladenine (BA), 6-Benzylaminopurine riboside (6-BAPR) are more in the roots, leaves and flowers of the plants grown in soils enriched with nutrients. compared with the plants pin in nutrient poor soils, whereas the same hormones are more in the stems of the plant grown in nutrient poor soils compared with the plants grown in nutrient enriched soils.tr_TR
